Senior Red Belt

1. Pumza (200 Marks)

  • Taegeuk Il Jang to Taegeuk Pal Jang (25 Marks for each)

2. Kicks (160 Marks)

  • Continuously 5 Dolgae Chagi, Kick balance for 30 seconds, Continuously 10 Mumdolyo Chagi, Deobeul Balchagi Chagi, Deobeul Ap Chagi, Twimyo Chagi with wall or tree (20 Marks)
  • Power kick: Below ten years old (throw 10 steps away), Below fifteen years old (throw 15 steps away), Above 20 years old (throw 20 steps away)

3. Nunchaku (30 Marks)

  • Three sets of 20 seconds Demonstration

4. Stick (50 Marks)

  • 15 Techniques (in 1 minute 45 seconds)
  • Blocks

5. Speed Kicks (30 Marks)

  • 90 kicks (above the belt & use at least 3 different kicks) in one minute

6. Jump rope (40 Marks)

  • Continually 50 jumps (15 Marks)
  • 3 Cross rope jump (10 Marks)
  • Jump in front steps and side steps (10 Marks)
  • Jump with walk but don't move (5 Marks)

7. Fight (25 Marks)

  • Three minutes fight round (with tied hands)

8. Physical Fitness (240 Marks)

  • 600 Steps running in 4 Minutes (30 Marks)
  • 95% Legs stretch (30 Marks)
  • Hang on pole for 3 minutes (20 Marks)
  • Simple front flip (10 Marks)
  • Fire fly (20 Marks)
  • Lotus pose (10 Marks)
  • Rubber band jump (15 Marks)
  • Head stand (15 Marks)
  • Tiger jump roll (10 Marks)
  • Bridge walk (20 Marks)
  • Stand to bridge pose (15 Marks)
  • King Pigeon Pose (15 Marks)
  • Cartwheel (10 Marks)
  • Chin ups (10 Marks)

Note: A candidate should score 650 out of 775 to pass the test.
