  1. Benefit of Martial Arts? (10 Marks) Ans: Martial arts provide a wide range of benefits, including enhanced physical fitness, improved mental discipline, and effective self-defense skills. Additionally, they promote self-confidence, stress relief, and a sense of community among practitioners.
  2. Tell me about DMASS Registry of Records? (10 Marks) Ans: If I player show excellent performance in event and make a record then his name will be added in DMASS registry of records. 
  3. What is Kobudo? (10 Marks) Ans: Art of using weapons is called Kobudo. Or, Kobudo is a traditional Okinawan martial art that focuses on the use of ancient weapons like the bo staff, nunchaku, and sai.

Note: A candidate should score 875 out of 1075 to pass the test.
